San Antonio, TX — June 18, 2023, a man was killed as the result of an accident involving an allegedly intoxicated driver at 10:20 p.m. on Highway 90.
Preliminary details about the incident say that it took place along westbound lanes of the highway in the area of the Cupples Road exit. According to authorities, a man, who has not yet been identified, was along the highway when a vehicle somehow hit him.
As a result of the collision, the man hit by the vehicle sustained fatal injuries. The driver apparently did not stay at the scene, but the driver did apparently call police and was located after their response. That driver was said to be suspected of intoxicated driving, but it is unclear at this time if charges have been filed. No further information about the crash is available at this time.
