Montgomery County, TX — January 25, 2024, Aliviah Hood was killed and a Tomball man was injured as the result of a car accident around 9:30 a.m. on Longstreet Road.

According to preliminary information released by officials, the incident took place near the Longstreet Road and Overstreet Drive intersection.

Aliviah Hood Killed, Tomball Man Injured in Car Accident in Montgomery County, TX

Officials said following investigations that 20-year-old Aliviah Hood was the driver of a Ford Escape that was going westbound along Longstreet. Due to factors which can’t be confirmed right now, the vehicle braked, then lost control and went left of center. There, the Ford collided with an eastbound BMW.

Due to the collision, Hood sustained fatal injuries. The driver of the BMW, a 32-year-old Tomball man, had reportedly serious injuries. Right now, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
