UPDATE (July 21, 2023): Further information from authorities identified two of the victims injured in the accident. They were said to be Jacob Austin Parnall and Audry Maria Graham. The third injured party, a 30-year-old man, remains unidentified at this time.
Corpus Christi, TX — June 30, 2023, Aldair Antonio-Ramirez was killed and three people were injured after a car accident late Friday along Highway 361.
According to preliminary information released by Nueces County officials, the incident happened in the 6100 block of Highway 361, approaching Port Aransas.
Details surrounding the crash at this time suggest that 26-year-old Aldair Antonio-Ramirez was in a vehicle going along the highway when that vehicle and another crashed while one of the vehicles was passing in the oncoming lane.
Due to this collision, Antonio-Ramirez succumbed to fatal injuries. Three others involved were said to have non-life-threatening and were taken to an area hospital. No other injuries were reported. Right now, exact factors surrounding the crash are still under investigation.
