Wise County, TX — October 13, 2024, Aaron Suniga was injured in a single-vehicle pickup truck accident at 3:00 a.m. along State Highway 114.
According to authorities, 21-year-old Aaron Suniga was traveling in a westbound Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck in the vicinity a little more than a quarter of a mile west of F.M. 718 when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the pickup truck failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It reportedly veered left, crossing over the oncoming lane of traffic before leaving the roadway and crashing into a ditch. It then overturned, coming to a stop resting on its right side against a fence.
Suniga suffered serious injuries as a result of the wreck, according to reports. He was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
