Springfield, MA — March 16, 2023, a 61-year-old driver was injured in an alleged hit-and-run collision with a semi-truck on I-91 in Springfield.
Authorities report a semi-truck merged when it was unsafe and struck a Honda, sending the Honda into a concrete median. The driver of the Honda, a 61-year-old, reportedly suffered non-life-threatening injuries. However, the semi-truck reportedly did not stop and fled from the scene of the crash.
Massachusetts Police are asking the public for help in locating the semi-truck that was involved in this crash, and they recommended charging the driver with Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
