Accident Report

Dallas, TX — August 8, 2026, Lequetha Lee was injured in an alleged drunk driver accident at about 10:30 p.m. on Interstate 20/Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a westbound 2025 Kia K5 collided with a 2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe while changing lanes near Lancaster Road.

Hyundai driver Lequetha Lee, 47, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report.

The Kia driver, a 31-year-old woman, was charged with driving while impaired after the crash, the report states. She and a 3-year-old boy riding with her suffered serious injuries as well.
