Gary, IN — September 8, 2026, one person was injured in a truck accident at about 3:30 a.m. on Frank Borman Expressway/Interstate 94.

Authorities said an eastbound semi-truck rear-ended another semi-truck near Burr Street. The crash, which involved an Amazon truck, spilled packages onto the highway.

One driver suffered serious injuries in the crash, according to authorities.
