Accident Report

Tarrant County, TX — August 26, 2026, three people were injured in an afternoon car accident in the 5900 block of Teague Road.

Authorities said a 2017 Kia Forte left the road near Davis Road and crashed into a utility pole, causing both to catch fire.

Bystanders helped the three people in the car escape the burning vehicle before emergency personnel arrived to extinguish it, according to authorities.

The driver, a 72-year-old woman, and two children were hospitalized with serious injuries after the Fort Worth area crash, authorities said.

Authorities have not released any additional information about the Tarrant County crash at this time.
