Accident Report

Jarrell, TX — June 29, 2026, Tami Haley and Don Haley were killed in a car accident at about 10:30 p.m. on Interstate 35/Monarch Highway.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse collided while heading north near Ronald Reagan Boulevard/County Road 311. The pickup overturned after the crash, while the SUV hit a culvert.

Dodge driver Tami Kopp Haley, 65, and passenger Donald David “Don” Haley, 67, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to the report.

The Chevrolet driver, a 34-year-old man, suffered minor injuries, the report states.
