How Did This Accident Occur?

A single-vehicle crash always raises red flags for common factors like unsafe speeds and distracted driving. But if that’s all investigators focus on, they’re bound to miss something important. For example, what if the vehicle experienced a mechanical failure? If a driver isn’t able to give testimony, and authorities don’t have the experience or tools to properly inspect a vehicle, important evidence could slip through the cracks. But if there are independent accident reconstructionists there to pick up the slack, they can help ensure all evidence is properly preserved.

In my experience, that’s generally an approach that yields the best results for victims and families. The more answers they have, the more easily they can navigate whatever path lies between them and a proper resolution. Hopefully those steps are already being taken here.
