How Did This Accident Occur?

It would be easy to assume the Kia driver was to blame for this crash, but what if he had a medical emergency? Or if his car had a problem with its brakes or steering mechanism? Either scenario would affect how people look at this accident, but we won’t know for sure what happened until the investigation is complete.

Authorities can reconstruct this accident by gathering physical evidence, witness statements, data from the vehicles and any video footage of the crash, but in my experience, police aren’t equipped to address medical or mechanical questions. That means the injured driver and his family may have to seek outside experts to help answer any lingering questions about what caused this crash.
