Cooke County, TX — November 6, 2025, Mark Palacios was killed as the result of a vehicle versus pedestrian accident around 4:26 a.m. along Interstate 35.
Investigators said that the accident happened between Gainesville and Valley View near Spring Creek Road.
According to officials, 33-year-old Mark Palacios was on foot at the time in the area of northbound lanes of I-35. While there, a Mazda CX-5 struck Mark Palacios. Mark Palacios was killed as a result of the collision.
