Ellis County, TX — May 19, 2024, Dale Dickey was injured as the result of a motorcycle accident at around 12:27 a.m. along Bells Chapel Road.
Preliminary information from authorities said that the accident happened in the area of Bells Chapel Road and Dawn Drive.
According to officials, 58-year-old Dale Dickey was on a Honda motorcycle traveling southbound on Bells Chapel Road. On a curve in the road, the motorcycle went off-road where it crashed along a fence line. Due to the crash, Dale Dickey was seriously injured.
There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the crash. No further information is available.

Both single-vehicle wrecks and motorcycle accidents can bring up all kinds of hasty speculation. People just aren’t too inclined to give either kind of driver the benefit of the doubt.
