Jefferson County, MO — September 30, 2025, One person was killed and three were injured in a car accident that occurred around 10:55 A.M. Route 21.
According to reports, a Chrysler 200 operated y a 76-year-old woman was traveling northbound on Route 21 near Liberty Ridge Road when for unknown reasons it crossed into the opposite lane and collided with a Toyota Sienna head-on.
When first responders arrived on the scene they found the Chrysler driver critically injured and transported her to the hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. Three female occupants in the Toyota, all in their twenties, sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious, and were also taken to the hospital. Officials have not released any updates on the status of the investigation or the conditions of the injured motorists.
