Garland, TX — June 20, 2023, Nolan Wagner sustained ultimately fatal injuries due to a car accident that happened at around 3:09 a.m. along Shadwell Drive.
According to Dallas and Garland officials, the incident occurred in the area of Shadwell Drive and Keele Drive.
Initial statements about the fatal accident indicate that 37-year-old Nolan Wagner was a passenger in a Nissan Sentra that was allegedly being pursued by officers. Some time during this, authorities say that Wagner fell out of the back right door and onto the roadway. Wagner ultimately succumbed to fatal injuries, though the exact cause of those injuries was not specified.
