Accident Report

Dallas, TX — July 28, 2026, one person was injured in a car accident at about 9:10 p.m. in the 2800 block of Oates Drive.

A preliminary accident report indicates that an eastbound 2019 Mini Countryman allegedly ran a stop sign while turning left at the intersection with La Prada Drive and collided with a westbound 2021 GMC Sierra.

A 17-year-old passenger in the Mini was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report, while another passenger suffered unknown injuries. The driver suffered minor injuries.

The GMC driver was not hurt, the report states.
