Police say one man is dead and three others were injured after a crash late Friday involving a car and a tractor-trailer near the Marsha Sharp Freeway and Interstate 27. According to investigators, 36-year-old David Ramirez was riding as a passenger in a car traveling west on the Marsha Sharp Freeway access road when the vehicle allegedly collided with a tractor-trailer headed south on the I-27 access road.
