Harris County, TX — July 1, 2026, Whitney Qualls and Corey Constantine were killed in a truck accident at about 5 a.m. on Katy Freeway/Interstate 10.
Authorities said an eastbound 2017 Volvo semi-truck and a 2003 Mitsubishi Gallant collided near State Highway 6/Addicks Satisuma Road. The truck, which did not have a trailer, crashed into a retaining wall after the collision.
Mitsubishi driver Whitney Qualls, 39, and truck driver Corey Constantine, 25, died in the crash near Houston, according to authorities.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Harris County crash at this time. The accident is still under investigation.
