How Did This Accident Occur?
One of the challenges with single-vehicle wrecks is that they’re often caused by things like fatigue, distracted driving, or unsafe speeds. As such, authorities sometimes jump to conclusions without really giving the driver a chance to tell their side of the story. Meanwhile, the crash could be the result of anything from a tire blowout to a medical condition to road hazards to a vehicle defect. Are those as likely as a driver making a mistake? No, but they’re equally worth an investigation. That’s why it’s important for victims and their families to consider if they’ve had a fair shake following a crash like this. If they feel there are details not getting the consideration they deserve, it may be up to more thorough independent investigations to get a fair accounting of what actually happened.
I see no reason right now why this crash would be an exception to that, but let me know in the comments if you think otherwise.
