Kaufman County, TX — March 24, 2023, two people were injured in a single-vehicle truck accident around 3:08 p.m. on U.S. Hwy. 175 in Kaufman County.
According to officials, a semi-truck was eastbound on U.S. Hwy. 175 when the vehicle somehow veered out of its lane, struck the center median, and overturned. The driver and passenger were both transported to a medical center after the crash. The driver reportedly suffered serious injuries and the passenger has reportedly possible injuries.
The cause of the crash needs further investigation.
