Russell County, KS — April 15, 2023, Todd Collins was injured in a single-vehicle truck accident around 1:51 p.m. on I-70 in Russell County.

According to officials, the victim’s International tractor-trailer was eastbound when the vehicle somehow veered toward the passenger side, struck a metal guard rail, and overturned in a ditch on the southside of the highway.

Mr. Collins reportedly suffered minor injuries.

Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
