How Did This Accident Occur?

If the Chevrolet driver was intoxicated, as police appear to suspect, there are broader questions to be answered beyond what caused this crash, starting with where did he get his alcohol?

If he was served in a bar while obviously intoxicated, the bar may share responsibility for the accident under Texas law, but in my experience, police investigations seldom go that far. That is why families may choose to engage private investigators after alcohol-related accidents.

An independent investigation can help those affected by this crash understand the full chain of events that led to it. Do they deserve any less?
