How Did This Accident Occur?
Was there a mechanical malfunction that caused this car to leave the road? Was the driver fatigued? Did another vehicle force her to swerve unexpectedly? These are just some of the questions that linger after a single-vehicle crash like this, the same ones that have been asked by the hundreds of families I’ve worked with in my legal careers.
That experience has shown me that the only way to get the answers needed by those left behind after an accident like this is to complete a thorough investigation, either by the police or an independent third party.
