Harris County, TX — July 13, 2025, Rodney Blair was injured as the result of a motorcycle accident at around 12:18 a.m. along US Highway 90-Alt.
According to investigators, the crash took place off the intersection of US 90-Alt and Sam Houston Tollway, southwest of Houston.
Investigators said that 60-year-old Rodney Blair was on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle going eastbound on the highway. A Nissan Altima was also going eastbound. Somehow, the vehicles collided. Rodney Blair was seriously injured as a result.
No other injuries were reported. At this time, additional details are unavailable.

When it comes to motorcycle accidents, my main concern is that the investigations might not have been fair. This is because a lot of people have a negative bias against motorcyclists, and even authorities sometimes let this get in the way of a proper investigation. Perhaps authorities here made sure to focus on the evidence so that there was no room for bias to warp the facts. However, it would be far from the first time if getting the full story here requires more thorough independent investigations from professionals who know to set that sort of bias aside and let the facts speak for themselves.
