Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

One of the main challenges with pedestrian accidents is people tend to jump to conclusions. They figure it’s all about who had the right-of-way. In reality, there can be many factors contributing to the accident, so it’s important those factors get thorough investigations. Only by ruling out or confirming complex possible factors can there be a complete picture of what happened.
