How Did This Accident Occur?

If it’s true someone failed to yield here, things may be pretty open-and-shut. However, it’s always important to have evidence of why a driver did that. That means pulling cellphone records, testing for drugs and alcohol, looking at any video of the crash, securing data from the vehicles themselves, analyzing the debris and markings at the scene, etc. As they say, it’s not about what you know; it’s about what you can prove. In my experience, victims and families who have more evidence telling their story will have better outcomes than those who have less. I don’t see any reason why this crash would be an exception.
