How Did This Accident Occur?

With single-vehicle wrecks, investigations most often reveal that distracted driving, unsafe speeds, or fatigue led to the accident. However, it’s important that investigations are equally concerned with less common possible factors, as well. For example, the vehicle may have had some kind of defect that led to it leaving its lane. I can’t even count how many times car accident reports come across my desk, and authorities never even bothered inspecting the vehicle for issues. This inevitably allows important evidence to slip through the cracks. So, hopefully this crash actually got a thorough and fair investigation that doesn’t just look to blame someone but to actually consider the facts.
