Authorities say Kathleen Marcantel’s and Harold Marcantel’s Toyota Rav4 was struck by a Dodge Dakota at the intersection of Katy Fwy. frontage road and Fry Rd.

The Dodge Dakota’s nose reportedly struck the driver-side door of the Marcantel’s Toyota Rav4, however, both Kathleen and Harold reportedly suffered serious, incapacitating injuries. The driver of the Dodge Dakota was reportedly uninjured.

The speed limit for Katy Fwy. frontage road is 40 mph and the speed limit for Fry Rd. is 45 mph.
