Kingsville, TX — March 17, 2023, Juan Vela was injured in a single-vehicle accident around 7:29 p.m. at S. 6th St and Jay Vee Ave. in Kingsville.
Authorities report Juan Vela’s Chrysler 300 was northbound on S. 6th St when the vehicle veered across the southbound lanes, left the roadway, and crashed into a tree.
Juan Vela reportedly suffered serious, incapacitating injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
