Murray County, OK — March 27, 2023, Joshua Richardson was killed in a collision with a semi-truck around 12:30 p.m. on U.S. Hwy. 177 in Murray County.
According to authorities, Joshua Richardson’s Toyota Camry was southbound while a semi-truck was northbound on U.S. Hwy 177 when the two vehicles collided head-on. The collision’s impact reportedly forced both vehicles off the roadway to the right where the semi-truck then struck a chainlink fence, some trees, and caught fire.
Joshua Richardson suffered fatal injuries and the semi-truck driver was airlifted to a medical center in reportedly “fair” condition.
The cause of the crash needs further investigation.
