Accident Report

Dallas, TX — August 23, 2026, Johan Gutierrez was killed and another person was injured in a rollover accident at about 2:30 a.m. on Interstate 30/R.L. Thornton Freeway.

Authorities said an eastbound 2015 Ford F-150 overturned after colliding with a 2020 Acura RDX near the Ferguson Road exit.

One passenger, 23-year-old Johan Gutierrez, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to authorities, while another passenger was hospitalized with possible injuries.

No other injuries were reported.
