Grapevine, TX — August 14, 2026, Jacob Lozano was injured in a single-vehicle accident at about 1:40 a.m. on State Highway 121.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was heading south when it crashed into a sign post.
