How Did This Accident Occur?

The involvement of alcohol in this crash warrants a broader investigation, since Texas law allows bars or other alcohol providers may share legal responsibility for injuries caused by someone who was served while clearly intoxicated.

From what I’ve seen in my career, most law enforcement investigations don’t go far enough to determine where the driver suspected of being drunk got his alcohol, so it often takes an independent probe to get a full picture of what caused such an accident.
