Y City, AR — April 17, 2023, Christopher Lawrence was killed and Eric Scott Jones was injured in a truck accident on U.S. 71 in Y City.
Sources report Mr. Lawrence’s southbound Toyota and Mr. Jones’s northbound Freightliner collided head-on for unknown reasons on U.S. 71 at the intersection with Johnson Creek Road.
Christopher Lawrence suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Eric Jones was reportedly transported to a medical center with minor injuries.
Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
