How Did This Accident Occur?

If it’s true that someone ran a red light or failed to yield here, that’s usually a result of distracted driving. This time of day can also lead people to make reckless decisions as they rush off to work. Could it be that something unusual or unavoidable happened, like the traffic signal malfunctioning? Sure, which is why accident reconstructions should always be careful to focus on the facts and not simply get stuck on only the most common possible factors. That way, if anything unusual did happen, the evidence can be preserved for those affected by the crash. And if not, it can be definitely ruled out.
