Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

If the allegations here prove to be true, it raises some serious questions about why this driver behaved this way and whether or not there was any way to foresee such an incident. Obviously, people can behave unpredictably. But if CapMetro management had a known risk behind the wheel, that would call into question their hiring and training procedures. Hopefully that’s been part of the investigations into this incident.
