How Did This Accident Occur?

I expect authorities to investigate this crash like any other injury accident, and look a little deeper if a blood test confirms the Dodge driver was intoxicated.

It is important to look into where he had been driving before the accident because under Texas law alcohol providers can share responsibility for injuries in alcohol-related crashes if the driver was served while obviously intoxicated.

I don’t know if that applies in this instance, but it’s worth investigating some the pedestrian and her family know everyone who may have played a role in crash.

Do you know anything that could help with this investigation? Let me know in the comments.
