Odessa, TX — October 1, 2026, Bryan Torrez was killed in a truck accident at about 6:30 p.m. on South Grant Avenue/U.S. Highway 385.

Authorities said a northbound Dodge Ram 1500 crashed into the back of a semi-truck that had slowed to turn left onto West Baiza Drive.

Dodge driver Bryan Torrez died after being transported to a nearby hospital, according to authorities.

No other injuries reported.

Authorities have not released any additional information about the Ector County crash at this time.
