Reno County, KS — February 23, 2023, Brian Lee Garza was killed in a truck accident around 9:45 a.m. on State Highway K-96, near Haven.

There are few preliminary details from authorities, but crash investigators allege Brian Lee Garza’s Chevy Silverado and a Peterbilt semi-truck were headed eastbound on K-96 when the Silverado rear-ended the Peterbilt’s trailer for unknown reasons.

Mr. Garza, 43, suffered fatal injuries. The semi-truck driver is reportedly uninjured.
