Dallas, TX — November 16, 2025, Blessin Lewis was killed as the result of a car accident at around 5:00 a.m. along US Highway 175.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened in the area of Woody Street.
Investigators said that 18-year-old Blessin Lewis was on foot at the time. While in the area of eastbound lanes, a vehicle struck Blessin Lewis, then reportedly left the scene. Due to the collision, Blessin Lewis was fatally injured.
Authorities have not said if they’ve identified a suspect driver. Investigations continue.

Once that happens, authorities can ensure there’s accountability for leaving the scene as well as for whatever the driver didn’t want authorities to find out about.
