Allegations:
On 01/06/2017, law enforcement filed a complaint with the TABC, alleging that staff was drinking on the job.
TABC agents looked into the matter and found sufficient evidence to substantiate the claim, which they classified as an administrative violation. After handing down an unspecified penalty, authorities closed the case on 01/06/2017.
A concerned citizen filed a complaint on 11/16/2017, alleging that staff was drinking on the job and sold alcohol to both a minor and an intoxicated person.
Upon investigation, authorities uncovered evidence to support the claim that staff was drinking on the job. The TABC handed down an unspecified penalty for the violation and subsequently ended the case on 11/16/2017.
