Brenna Buchanan is an experienced personal injury and wrongful death attorney and a key part of what makes our firm so effective.
A lifelong Dallasite, Brenna returned to the Metroplex after spending seven years as a Baylor Bear. While at Baylor University, she earned a B.A. in Sociology with a Minor in Argumentation and Rhetoric. Brenna then earned her J.D. with honors from Baylor Law School where she was awarded the first ever Special Distinction in Litigation.
Upon graduating from law school, Brenna began practicing as a prosecutor in Rockwall County where she focused primarily on DWI cases. Though she relished the opportunity to seek justice on behalf of the State, as a prosecutor, she was unable to work as closely with victims as she preferred. Fortunately, we were able to lure Brenna away from the world of criminal law, and in her time at Grossman Law offices, she has made a name for herself as a tough advocate for our clients. Her experience includes dram shop cases, commercial vehicle accident cases, non-subscriber work injury cases, and gross-negligence workers' compensation cases.
Brenna has extensive trial experience, having first-chaired 10 jury trials to date without a single loss. Brenna is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Texas; the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas; United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
