Henderson County, TX — April 18, 2023, Dylan Taylor and Glenn Davisson were killed and Charles Holden was injured following a multi-car accident on Highway 19 in the area of Athens.
Preliminary information provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety says that the crash happened late Tuesday evening along the highway east of the town of Athens.

Initial details say that 44-year-old Dylan Wade Taylor was in a southbound vehicle. 60-year-old Glenn Eric Davisson was said to be driving in a northbound vehicle. For reasons which remain unconfirmed at this time, the two vehicles ended up colliding head-on. Following this, a vehicle driven by 79-year-old Charles Stephen Holden crashed into the vehicles of Taylor and Davisson.
As a result of the collision, both Taylor and Davisson succumbed to fatal injuries. Holden was said to have injuries which reports describe as non-life-threatening. Authorities continue to investigate the factors leading up to the collision. No further information is available at this time.
